HI, maybe theres been a bit of confusion but your Altec Lansing ADA745 speakers shouldn't need any drivers.
Its kind of similar to you plugging in a pair of headphones into your cumputer, they should work just fine.
Are you not getting any sound? Post the details of your PC (is it a dell?)
model number etc... and describe your problem

Don't need a separate driver, I have these and all you do is plug them in and play. If you don't have power to the speaker system (no green light on the R speaker), then here is my solution that worked for me:This just happened to me (2/17/12), same Altec Lansing ADA-745 speakers/subwoofer. The back of the subwoofer has a label which reads 'T1A-250V' type fuse. This means a 1-amp, 250V fuse. I found a 4-pack of these at Radio Shack for about $3.19. Important: purchase the 'Fast Acting' fuse (not the Slow-Acting also offered). I pulled out the old fuse from the subwoofer, replaced with the new one from Radio Shack, and YEAAAA power to speaker system, green light on speaker and all works great! These speakers are so outstanding, it's worth a try (and $150 if you can find an old set), so Good luck!
